• Store freshies in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Hang freshies in an area that does not come in direct contact with any surfaces. The oils used in freshies may stain surfaces.
• If parked in direct sunlight for period of time, move the freshie to your car’s blinker wand.
• Freshies should not be consumed by people or pets.

Our sublimated tumblers and coffee mugs are dishwasher safe. However, we highly recommend that these items are hand washed, due to them possibly fading from the heat of a dishwasher.

No. We can crop and edit photos to fit your custom design.

For the best results, we would like high-quality photos that have good lighting. Images that are crisp, well-lit, and have the subject centered are best. We accept jpeg, gif, and png files (max size 10MB).

No. We will not accept or use photos that contain logos, images, characters, celebrities or phrases that are copyrighted unless you can provide a copyright ownership or a release from the owner.

We use USPS to ship all orders. Orders are shipped within 15 days. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, after receiving the tracking number for your order.

Please contact us to see if there is anything we can do to help. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to all items being custom made.

Sisters Crafted by Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will then give instructions on how to proceed.

In this case, please contact us immediately. Once we receive your package, Sisters Crafted by Design will contact you. You will be required to pay a small shipping fee to have your package reshipped. We do not offer refunds on orders that were returned due to an insufficient address.

We allow orders to be changed or cancelled, as long as the item has not started production. Production of orders generally starts within 24-48 hours.
